Very helpful/good service
I purchased a shirt for a mate as we’re doing funny shirt night on holiday. It wasn’t allowing me to preview so asked for support/sent them the image I wanted on the shirt. Very quick responses from them to ensure my issue was dealt with and did exactly what I asked for. Very helpful will defo be using again for the next holiday:)

We’re sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Please message us as soon as possible within a week time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relating details. We’ll come up with the most suitable solution for you.
- We will support you to return if there is any problem from manufacturing defect.
- If your item has any problem from production, please DON'T wash it, then take a photo of the damage/ fault, and contact us within 24 hours for a solution!
- Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please message us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
- Our refund/exchange time frame is 2 days from the date of delivery. We won't handle a case if the time frame is exceeded.
Cancellations can be made within 2 hours from when your order is placed. You can cancel it directly. After 2 hours if you can't cancel it, it means we have received and processed your order so at this stage, your order can't be canceled.
- Specify your request for editing in the personalization section or send us a message.
For simple designs, when we receive your request, we will make a new design and print the shirt right away.
- For complicated requirements, we will send you a demo for preview, you need to confirm the demo within 1 day. After 1 day, if we do not receive a response, we will proceed to manufacture according to the nearest design to keep up with the schedule.
- For coloring between the shirt and the letters/designs, if you don't add any specific note to your order, we'll go ahead and use the default colors for the letters/designs.

- Products are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing.
